We are happy to give you all the information needed to obtain your own beach wedding permit for the beach location that you choose.

A phone call and credit card is usually all you need.

You must obtain your own marriage license in Florida if you want it legalized in Florida.

We can stamp your Florida marriage license and legally marry you.

We prefer to deliver our services complete and serve as your officiant.

However, anyone can perform the actual ceremony- even your friends. They need not be ordained etc.

We will notarize your marriage license to legally marry you for free. We will happily share info to help you obtain your marriage license .

Your beach wedding ceremony setting....includes, officiant, sound, music, chairs, bottled water, combed sand, silk florals, live greenery and more.

We also provide a built in weather backup plan.

In the event of rain, we will replace your outdoor decor with appropriate indoor decor and lighting in your back-up indoor location....

Your only responsibility will be to obtain your beach use permit if needed and your Florida marriage license if wanted. We will provide all the info needed to obtain these. Beyond that, you'll only need to show up on time! That's it!!

We are your Sarasota Wedding Decor and Service professionals on the beach or at the venue of your choice.

Ceremony and Reception Decor Designs and Costs

We offer three pre-designed ceremony decor options (pictured above) with full services of officiant, music, chairs, combed sand, greenery, fun signs and more.

Our services are delivered complete as a package at an affordable price point.

Choose from the Modern Canopy (fabric) $2000 or the Bamboo Canopy Package or our Driftwood Arch Package at $2200

For your ceremony- up to 30 chairs are included- Beyond the 30 included chairs, additional chairs are just $5 each. We have 100 on hand and can always get more.

CEREMONY Settings include;

Officiant services, combed sand and aisle, silk floral decor in either white or tropical reds, added live greenery, fun signs, entrance sitting area, bottled water, and many available additional options.

RECEPTION Settings ;

Our customized reception drapery decor packages include; lighting, centerpieces, dais settings, thrones, loveseats and table designs and are available additionally to complete any event.

Once a reception space is chosen we are happy to create a customized package/quote just for you. Reception Decor Packages usually start as little as $1600. Sometimes just a few items are needed- Talk to us and we will try to meet your needs and budget as best as we can.

We focus on only one event per day so you are assured perfection!
